Fees for Glancebee services will be agreed upon prior to the start of service. Our fees are based on a variety of factors, including the scope of service and the level of assistance required. We offer several payment options, including monthly billing and prepaid packages.
Glancebee understands the importance of confidentiality and data protection for our clients. We will take all reasonable measures to protect your confidential information and data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We will also comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to data privacy and protection.
Glancebee guarantees a level of service and availability as agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with our clients. Our SLA includes response times, resolution times, and other performance metrics. If we fail to meet the terms of the SLA, we will provide credits or other remedies as agreed upon in the SLA.
Either party may terminate this Service Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, Glancebee will provide all necessary assistance to transition services to a new provider or in-house IT team.
Glancebee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our liability shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the services rendered.
This Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glancebee is located. Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Glancebee reserves the right to amend this Service Agreement at any time with written notice to our clients.
